πΏ What to Expect Each Week as a CSA Member
Each week during the growing season, CSA members will receive a fresh, flavorful assortment of produce, harvested straight from our urban garden. While the contents of your share will change as the season progresses, you can generally expect a variety of staples and surprises, carefully curated to give you a balanced and exciting mix of ingredients.
From our 2025 Garden Selection, members will typically receive:
At least one leafy green variety β such as lettuce, kale, or arugula
At least one tomato variety β including cherry, slicing, or heirloom types
At least one pea or green bean β like snap peas or Kentucky Wonder beans
At least one carrot variety β from classic orange to rainbow mixes
At least one cucumber variety β including slicing or pickling types
As the season continues, peppers, corn, and zucchini will be introduced, and you'll also enjoy intermittent microgreens and surprise varieties β perfect for trying something new!
Growing food is a partnership with nature, and sometimes weather, pests, or other factors might require us to substitute crops or adjust the weekly shares. We ask for your flexibility and understanding as we work hard to provide a nourishing, abundant experience every week.
Being a part of our CSA means sharing not just in the harvest, but in the real journey of growing food.
