🌱 Join the Hall Harvest CSA

Become part of a local food system committed to quality & community. Our CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) program provides you with a weekly share of fresh, organically grown produce from our urban market garden in Haslett, MI.

🌿 What to Expect Each Week as a CSA Member

Each week during the growing season, CSA members receive a fresh, assortment of produce harvested straight from our urban garden. Shares change naturally as the season progresses, reflecting what is thriving in the field at that moment.

From our 2026 garden selection, your weekly share will typically include a mix of items such as:

  • Leafy greens like lettuce, kale, arugula, spinach, or collards

  • Seasonal roots such as radishes and carrots

  • Fruiting crops like tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, or okra

  • Garden favorites like snap peas, green beans, and sweet corn

Different crops reach their peak at different points in the growing season, so the contents of your share will evolve week by week. While not every crop is available every week, members can expect a full and diverse share throughout the season. Early-season shares may feature tender greens and peas, while mid-summer brings tomatoes, cucumbers, and beans, followed by later-season favorites like peppers and corn.

16 Week Season

For the 2026 season, we’ve intentionally shifted to a 16-week CSA season. This change allows us to concentrate the harvest into the most productive part of the growing season, helping ensure larger, higher-quality shares each week. Our goal is abundant, beautiful produce when the garden is at its best.

What You’re Paying For

  • Food harvested within 24–48 hours of pickup

  • Diverse, small-scale farming (not mass production monocrops)

  • Chemical-free growing practices

  • Time, labor, and care behind every crop

  • Supporting a local, family-run farm & sustainable food sourcing

  • A personal connection with your farmer & the land where your food is grown

We hope you’ll enjoy this weekly opportunity to visit the space where your food is grown.

Farming With Nature

Growing food is a partnership with nature, and not every crop succeeds. Weather, pests, and other natural factors can sometimes affect harvest timing or crop availability. Occasionally we may substitute crops or adjust the week’s selection, but our diversified crop list helps us stay committed to providing abundant shares each week.
